Position Description:
Provides support in the areas of budget, billing, reporting, and financial management for IT initiatives. Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations. Analyze budgeting and accounting reports. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DoD FAR, and DoD procurement policies and procedures. Knowledge of management functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and customers. Experience in financial and/or accounting support of an Accounting Department, Budget Department, Financial Systems Department or Business Operations Department, and other organization support elements and other activities.
Minimum Education Required: BS/BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related financial discipline.
Minimum Experience Required:

- Six (6) years of Contract Management experience, to include: Development of Program Acquisition Documentation, Data Collection and Analysis, Development of Cost Estimates, and Development of Program Status Reports.
- One (1) year of accounting experience (may be a part of the six years listed above).
Security Clearance: Department of Defense Interim SECRET clearance is acceptable to start. A FINAL SECRET CLEARANCE IS PREFERRED.
