Description
Junior Help Desk Support Specialist position at NAWS China Lake. Maintains and monitors end-user workstations and local area network, while also performing a variety of end-user support and training tasks to ensure workstations are within company standards. This position will also require the individual to provide support to remote and on-site staff.

- High School diploma or GED.
- At least one (1) year of recent relevant experience (screening, referring, and diagnosing internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers and related systems; installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware and software; providing end-user software support; etc.)
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
- Skills/knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite; including Outlook, Word and Excel, when required.
