Rollout Systems is seeking an F-35 Lead Training Specialist to support the  Joint Strike Fighter F-35 IT program support contract in Arlington (Crystal City), VA. We are building a team of dedicated professionals and are currently seeking a Training Specialist, Business - Training & On-boarding 

Assesses, designs, and conceptualizes training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculums, and other state of the art technologies related to training and behavioral studies. Identifies the best approach training requirements to include, but not limited to hardware, software, simulations, course assessment and refreshment, assessment centers, oral examinations, interviews, computer assisted and adaptive testing, behavior-based assessment and performance, and team and unit assessment and measurement. Develops and revises training courses. Prepares training catalogs and course materials. Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars. Researches, analyzes, designs, develops, and prepares structured training manuals, presentation materials, and courses of study related to the operation or maintenance of IT and support systems. Implements program use of the training courses and materials that are developed.

 

EDUCATION

 

Minimum Education Required:

·BS/BA degree in Training Methods and Systems, Information Systems, or related IT discipline.
ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: Three (3) years of additional experience performing the foregoing functions and an AS/AA degree can be substituted for a BS or BA degree.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Minimum Experience Required:

• Five (5) years of experience in a relevant technical discipline, to include establishing training needs, developing goals and objectives, developing training programs, and applying the instructional system development (ISD) process.
• Certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist – Excel 2007, Outlook 2007, Word 2007.
• IAT or IAM Level I certification in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program.
• Active DOD security clearance at a SECRET level
