Communications & Video Tier 2 Journeyman Help Desk Specialist – NAS Patuxent River, MD

Department of Defense SECRET Security Clearance mandatory. Candidate must be eligible to obtain this level of clearance.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Tier 2 specialists respond to escalated issues from Tier 1 for their respective support function.
• Applies knowledge of telecommunications systems and audio/video production techniques, sound slide presentations, and peripheral support equipment to provide customer support for audio and video teleconferencing.
• Troubleshoots systems, equipment, and components related to audio/video conferencing.
• Applies knowledge of configuration management of network connectivity, equipment capabilities and compatibility.
