ROLLOUT Systems would like to meet the best professionals in the industry able to provide operational support, help desk support, software maintenance, enhancement, and development support, and training on content management, support activities, and ultimately user-based content and training development that includes the development of learning and knowledge management systems.

 

The operational environment currently resides and will be supported on-site by the contractor at Webster Field in St. Inigoes, Maryland. All positions require an active Department of Defense security clearance at a SECRET level, minimum. The positions on this contract support the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Special Communications Mission Solutions Division and provide full spectrum Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) technical support to the warfighter in CONUS, OCONUS, and in hazardous areas. This support is “cradle to grave” support that helps ensure interoperability, supportability, and connectivity among field equipment.

Senior Software Engineer

The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for leading and directing a team of software engineers providing operations and maintenance support to SCMS’ currently deployed suite of DLS/LMS/KMS software. The Senior Software Engineer will also be responsible for providing direction to the teams responsible for researching, testing, building and integrating new products or major enhancements based on requirements generated from NAWCAD SCMS’ or their client agencies.

It is required that the Senior Software Engineer has the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree within a field similar to the scope of this requirement, i.e. Computer Science Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems.
• Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional.

It is desirable that the Senior Software Engineer has the following qualifications:

• Experience working on Agile Development projects consisting of five to 10 member teams.
• Experience leading software development efforts of similar size and scope to those identified in the task order
• At least two years of experience development systems using C++, C#, Java, and Javascript.
• Agile Certified Practitioner or similar.
• Experience developing applications for deployment to the Amazon Web Service.
