ROLLOUT Systems would like to meet the best professionals in the industry able to provide operational support, help desk support, software maintenance, enhancement, and development support, and training on content management, support activities, and ultimately user-based content and training development that includes the development of learning and knowledge management systems.

The operational environment currently resides and will be supported on-site by the contractor at Webster Field in St. Inigoes, Maryland. All positions require an active Department of Defense security clearance at a SECRET level, minimum. The positions on this contract support the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Special Communications Mission Solutions Division and provide full spectrum Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) technical support to the warfighter in CONUS, OCONUS, and in hazardous areas. This support is “cradle to grave” support that helps ensure interoperability, supportability, and connectivity among field equipment.

Senior Information Assurance Analyst

The Senior Information Assurance Analyst is responsible for the Information Assurance (IA), cyber security posture and documentation of the NAWCAD SCMS DLS program and other associated networks. The Senior Information Assurance Analyst’s duties include providing cybersecurity guidance and support to the contractor’s SCMS DLS team, working with the Senior Network Engineer to ensure the certification and accreditation of all systems and networks and supporting the Senior Network and Systems Engineers in the implementation of future systems and networks.

It is required that the Senior Information Assurance Analyst has the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree within a field similar to the scope of this requirement, i.e. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Information Systems.
• CISSP or GLSC or CISM.
• Active Secret Clearance or higher.

It is desirable that the Senior Information Assurance Analyst has the following qualifications:

• Experience providing Information Assurance and cybersecurity for efforts of similar size and scope to those identified in the task order.
• Experience in securely operating, documenting, and accrediting systems of similar complexity and design to that of the NAWCAD SCMS DLS program.
• Experience developing IA policies for DoD programs
