Rollout Systems has been retained as the exclusive recruiter to find superstar Pre-Award Acquisition Analysts for a client company supporting AIR 6.8.

These positions will support our client -  a small business who proudly supports our nation’s armed forces by providing dependable, highly qualified resources for successful Program Office Support with a proven track record of delivering support across a wide variety of engineering, scientific, technical and business management disciplines.

We are seeking Acquisition Analysts with strong acquisition background to support a Department of Defense client in assisting senior level personnel with providing innovative acquisitions strategies, agile procurement solutions, and developing and implementing the agency procurement policy/processes. Specific duties include:

  • Provide cradle-to-grave contract support, including preparing solicitation documentation (Pre-and Post-Award) facilitate source selection and creation of technical evaluation
  • Develop complete acquisition packages (J&As, SOW, PWS, CDRLS, DD-254, IGCE, and other documents) for complex systems for competitive and sole source contracts, consisting of both professional service related, equipment purchases, and network system procurements
  • Serve as acquisition business advisor to client senior leadership, contracting officers, program managers, and other stakeholders;
  • Evaluate acquisition requests and assist in developing acquisition strategies including determination of contract method/type

Assist in overseeing of contract performance, as necessary to assure delivery of the supplies or services.

Secret clearance active within the last two years is mandatory. Interim Secret acceptable.

  • Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in DoD environments performing cradle to grave contract support functions
  • Must have working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and JTR
  • DAWIA Level II or Level III in Acquisition and/or Contracting is desired
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of tools, including SharePoint
