Description

Program Analyst (Part-Time)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with identifying and sourcing potential job candidates which includes (reviewing incoming resumes and determining action within a predefined workflow)
  • Assist with coordination and scheduling of interviews and screenings and questionnaires
  • Conduct reference and/review background checks as well as evaluating current employees against detailed labor category requirements.
  • Become knowledgeable in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Job boards and various online recruiting tools to ensure the requisitions and data are kept up to date and reflect current business requirements.
  • Review contract Labor category documentation and match new resumes to qualified candidates.
  • Research and review existing Rollout Systems personnel and resume data repositories (ATS, SharePoint, databases) for plausible candidates to fill new and future positions.
  • Prepare proposal quality resumes, related solicitation artifacts (i.e. P6, proposal document templates, resume templates) Contract Monthly Deliverables – Status and Travel Reports - compile inputs from individuals and ensure they are accurate and complete; prepare consolidated Status and Travel reports in accordance with contract requirements and provide to the head of Contracts and Program/Project Manager for their review and situational awareness.
  • Document Management – populate corresponding SharePoint Contract, Program, and Finance directories with artifacts produced from the Contract Funding Analysis, Monthly Deliverables, Subcontractor/Consultant Invoicing; Travel Estimating; Accounts Payable; and Accounts Receivable activities. Provide situational awareness of document management to the heads of Contracts and Finance.
  • Other related tasking as required.

Knowledge: Must have the ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word to achieve tasking. Effective communication skills to persuade personnel to meet company and contractual requirements and vendors and subcontractors/consultants to meet contractual requirements. Provide constructive advice/observations/solutions to Rollout Systems leadership. Maintain situational awareness on all tasking with direct supervisors.

Education: Bachelor’s in Business or related field; or Associates’ in Business and 4-years of additional experience; or High School and 8-years of additional experience.

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Hourly Rate: $17.17
